Asking a person drawing a pension whether or not he or she is still alive is no pleasant task. However, our duty of care requires us to periodically request a certificate of life from persons drawing a pension, thus enabling us to guarantee that we only pay pensions to persons entitled to them. Even though this measure is unpleasant and time-consuming, ultimately it merely serves to protect all insured persons and persons drawing pensions.

All persons who draw a pension from Livica must therefore regularly (in the case of persons residing abroad who draw a pension: annually) submit an officially notarised certificate of life. We will send you the necessary documents by post in good time.
