Foundation Board
The Foundation Board is the highest governing body. The main duties of the Foundation Board include the following:
- Put policies and procedures in place
- Approve the annual report and annual accounts
- Oversee investments
- Select the Managing director
Employer and employee are represented in equal measure on the Foundation Board with four representatives of each.
